Strange Eyes

I haven't drawn eyes in a while so I decided to draw some, I also incorporated a bit of blue for the shadows instead of black and it turned out great. Eyes without pupils and iris give off some strange and mysterious vibe, they look like they’re staring into something far away that no one can see. Without the usual details that make eyes look normal or human, this eyes sometimes feel like a symbol showing hidden feelings, secret worlds, or a soul that’s totally different from ours. Depending on how you look at it, they can come off as creepy, calm, or magical, and they make certain artworks more interesting.

Sorry if I've asked before, but your drawings always stand out because they're always red. Is this something you've always done? I love seeing them in my feed, and this one has so much structure in the detail around the eye lids.

I used to draw eyes all the time in my work notebooks, but never to this level of quality!

I actually started drawing with black pencil but switched to red because love how it looks. Like you said, red stands out and I like it, would love to see your drawing someday 😊
