Eyes closed, heart open. That’s where self-love truly begins.

Can you really love others wholeheartedly if you lack selflove? Selflove is not really about buying expensive gifts and taking bubbles baths with scented candles, sometimes it's about saying no and standing by it. It's about wearing what you like, not following trends, blocking out what drains you and focusing what lifts you, it's about seeing yourself in the mirror and realising you're doing okay.

You don’t need to see yourself to know you’re whole, you just need to feel it.

Your love is yours, you don’t have to earn it. All you truly need to do is live, embracing your flaws, getting used to messy days, and giving yourself the same kindness you give to others.
