Cold and Quiet

It has been raining nonstop for hours now and its been a busy day for me. Creating during the cold weather feels different. It’s cozy. I spent the day doing this drawing with a blanket around my shoulders with my favorite music playing next to me. Somehow, the cold outside makes my room feel warmer but I still have my socks on because the tiles are so cold.

I didn't create this one in a rush and I wanted to draw something that reflects how my day is going, its calm, quiet and everything feels so slow. This is a simple drawing that started with a very simple sketch, her hairstyle is simple and laid flat to her back, I drew all the facial features and added details where necessary. The hands turned out great and I didnt really struggle with it, I added finishing touches then used my white highlighter pen on her lips and eyes. Hope your new week goes well....
