My Hive Journey Begins Here!

Hello everyone, I hope you are doing very well today and that your day is going very well too. I am new here, and I am very excited to be here because I know that by exploring the Hive blockchain, I will be the better version of myself.

My name is Olalekan Emmanuel Adesina. I am a dedicated scholar and professional with a background in educational technology from the University of Ilorin.

My journey in the four walls of the university has given me the opportunity to learn and has equipped me with skills to scale through the evolving landscape of education, especially knowing the relationship between education and technology in teaching and learning processes. I have a flair for leadership, teaching, and fostering quality relationships, especially in the field of my study.

I am a Christian, and I believe so much in God, and that is why my faith is the foundation of my life and purpose. I am passionate about discipleship because I believe that transforming society is the product of nurturing individuals that are spiritually, intellectually, and morally sound. I am committed to discipleship; that is why I guide and mentor individuals, helping them to grow in wisdom, faith, and character.

Leadership for me is beyond holding positions and having to sit on the seat of authority. It is the impact you make in people's lives and how you guide them too. I always try as much as possible to be a servant leader because this is how I would be able to touch lives and also leave a lasting impact. I do not want to be a leader who only cares about the position, but I am pertinent about the lives of people in my care, so that is why I strive so hard to be a servant leader. Through my works and interactions, I want to encourage excellence and try to foster collaborations by promoting values of integrity and diligence.

Beyond professional and spiritual commitment, I value quality relationships because I believe that this can make things very easy for people. A quality relationship is something that should be looked on because it has a way of making life's journey a good one. I try as much as possible to keep good relationships because I know that there is always a tomorrow. I see beyond today and make sure that I work towards making all the relationships I have quality ones.

My sole purpose is good leadership, and I am always very excited to lead and also impact people's lives too.

As my Hive journey begins, I want to appreciate my friend @somuchgrace for introducing me to the Hive blockchain and also for the encouragement to be up and doing. She has played a vital role in my passion to be a Hivian.
