Familiar Face- 5 Minutes Free write

I was moved to a different state for a few months at work,i have never been there before so it's going to be a whole new experience for me. When I arrived at my new station, during the meeting i noticed a familiar face, but I thought it might just be a coincidence because I wasn't expecting to see someone I knew there.

The lady smiled at me, as if she knew me, and I smiled back, i was still trying to remember who she is. After the meeting, she approached me, excited to see me, She called my full name, only someone close to me or a schoolmate can refer to me by my surname. She laughed out loud, saying, "I know you won't be able to recognize me," and then called her nickname "Pearls." That's when I remembered, she was my friend in secondary school.
