Get My Daughter's Health Checked At Public Health Center
Yesterday, my daughter's body temperature rose, and I became worried about her condition. I decided to take her to the Public Health Center in Setu, Bekasi, to get proper medical care and attention.
I went there at 8 in the morning. In the parking area, there were hundreds of motorcycles. I thought it would be a long queue, and we might have to wait hours.
It was true—there were hundreds of people waiting. However, the service was quick because the patients were divided into different sections. My daughter was called after waiting for around an hour, which was faster than I had expected given the crowd.
My daughter got her temperature and blood pressure checked first. Then, she had to wait to see the doctor. After waiting for less than an hour, her name was called. I accompanied her into the consultation room. The doctor asked a few questions, and my daughter explained her symptoms clearly. After the discussion, the doctor gave her a prescription for the needed medication.
Once the consultation was complete, we went to the drugstore located within the Public Health Center. My daughter received her medicine there. All the services, including the health check-up, consultation, and medicine, were provided free of charge. We then went home.
Overall, the experience at the Public Health Center in Setu, Bekasi was positive. Despite the crowd, the service was efficient, and we were grateful for the free medical care and medication provided.
