I Bought UV Lamp For My Craft Hobbies
Hello! How are you? Since I started doing crafts like making polymer clay pins, keychains, earrings, and many more I always depended on sunlight to cure my craft that process is very important to make the crafts I made more durable and more weather resistant for example to water.
Every time I wanted to invest in materials I needed months or years to decide to buy that is how overthinker I am every time I do my research comparing everything in terms of specs which is better and which is not.
So I decided this year that it is time to buy one I realized, why did I not buy one as soon as possible, LOL It made my life easier, and now I can cure UV Resin even at night.
Since I bought this UV Lamp I have been more inspired to make crafts which is a good thing, by the way, I own one but the strength is not enough to cure UV Resin so I only use that to harden it first before I cure it under the sun because using the old one will take me forever to cure LOL.
Time to unbox it.
Good thing the delivery man delivered my order, the box is perfectly fine some parts got folded but that is the use of the box to protect the product inside :D
I bought this UV Lamp for $4. It came with an adapter.
At the top part where the timer buttons 10s,30s,60s, and 99s, the 99s button has weaker curing power and a Timer Screen at the top of it.
And It has a handle too.
It is enough space for my charms curing space.
The bottom part is removable too.
It has 66 Lamp Beads.
This is where the sensor is placed.
At the back is where the adapter connector is.
This is what happens when I plug the adapter into the connector the Timer Screen lights up.
When I press any button the inside will light up.
Trying the UV Light:
This is what happens when I insert my hand inside, the sensor recognizes my hand which is why it lit up, by the way, it automatically times 120s on the screen. For me using it for craft is kinda annoying but this product is made for curing nails so it is understandable.
This is when I manually press the timer.
I already used it by curing the Polymer Clay Keychains I made they are Filipino Street Foods by the way.
It is really easy to use After how many months of research I finally know what type of UV Light should I get Based on my research the number one thing to search about UV Light is its wavelength this one I bought is 365nm+405 which is perfect.
This is worth the money, bought this on sale :D
Thank you for visiting, see you on my next blog. :D
Please take care of your mental health as well.

Whuuut I didn't know it can also cure polymer clay! I used to get interested about using polymer clay before but when I learned you need to bake it to cure, I was instantly discouraged since we didn't have that haha. Having UV lamp to cure is gonna be so much easier + you can also just use it if you want to do your nails haha.
Also those craft you did hahah sooo cute. Isaw, maruya, pancake. XD
No~~, the UV Resin is the one that is being cured not the polymer clay hehe yeah baking is the correct one, sorry for confusing you :D yeah, double purpose!!!
Thank you :D yeah I love eating those specially the hotcake the one they sell on fiesta~~~
