Toasted bread with egg.gif

Hello, how are you? Whenever I eat breakfast, most of the time I eat rice, but for fast food, I cook an egg on bread toast, pop the egg open, toast it in the pan, and done!

So today I am going to make an egg on toasted bread in a clay keychain. I hope you like it.

Materials I Used:

  • Polymer Clay
  • Weighing Scale
  • Acrylic Stamping Block
  • Alcohol
  • Q-Tip
  • Tree Brush Tool
  • Needle Tool
  • Toothbrush
  • Soft Pastels
  • Paintbrush
  • Gum Container
  • Dotting Tool
  • Oven
  • UV Resin
  • UV Lamp
  • Keychain
  • Pliers
  • Disposable Gloves
  • Mask

Craft Time!

First, I condition my clay using my hand, and then after that, I weigh it for future reference.

And then I flattened it, and then I made the shape using the needle tool.

This is what it looks like, and then I like to clean the clay with alcohol and Qtip.

To add texture to the clay using the tree brush tool, toothbrush, and needle tool.

9.JPG

10.JPG

To add color to it, I use soft pastels, and brush using soft pastels makes the clay more realistic. I start with a light shade first and then build it layer by layer.

This is what it looks like.

Making the Egg:

13.JPG

14.JPG

To make an egg, I mix white and translucent clay, the ratio of it is 1:1. And then knead it until it is completely mixed.

15.JPG

16.JPG

To add the texture, I use a dotting tool.

17.JPG

18.JPG

And then I mix yellow and just a little bit of red to make it warmer, and then I shape it into a ball, and then press it into an egg yolk shape, and then I put it in the middle of the white of the egg.

19.JPG

20.JPG

I like my egg with toast on the side of the egg, so I added shade to it using the soft pastels. And then I put the egg onto the bread.

21.JPG

22.JPG

It is ready to be baked. I preheat the oven, and then bake it at the correct temperature and time as indicated on the packaging, said into instruction.

23.JPG

25.JPG

Let the clay cool off first, and then I pour UV Resin.

26.JPG

27.JPG

And then I scrape yellow soft pastel into the UV Resin, and then mix it.

28.JPG

29.JPG

And then using the dotting tool, I apply the mixture into the clay in the yolk.

30.JPG

31.JPG

And then I cure it under the UV Lamp for a few minutes.

32.JPG

33.JPG

For the white coating of the egg, I pour UV Resin and white soft pastels.

34.JPG

35.JPG

Mix it until it combines

36.JPG

37.JPG

And then I apply it. using a dotting tool around the clay.

38.JPG

39.JPG

And then cure it for the last time.

40.JPG

41.JPG

Time to add the keychain, what I do is I put the jumpring into the eyepin.

42.JPG

43.JPG

And then I lock it using the two pliers I have.

44.JPG

45.JPG

It looks good!
