In this case, almost natural... indeed (not). But without tasting it, I would raise the ABV if brewing myself, to what would be the case of 7.5 ish... and add 2-type hops I know at least!
Sounds like the kind of to try it... for fun indeed! Thanks for bringing it here.
Raising the ABV and adding hops for bitterness would probably help. Good idea!
