It's good to see the cannolo in its place of origin (here they call it cannoli and there are many Italian restaurants that profit from it) haha. I haven't tried any yet but after this I might give it a try. Sweet things are not my favorite but the experience is worth living.
I hope you had a great tour and at least you got to know this place and can say that you were there 😃

Ehehehe, to distinguish a REAL Cannolo, the outer "cereal" has to be quite dark, very crunchy and fried.
The inner part (filling with fresh cheese, ricotta, sugar and eventually some candied fruit) has to be made when you order it. So, cannoli are empty until you order them, and that's when they fill them. Otherwise the crunchy part becomes soft and squishy.
If you ever drop here, in Italy, I will suggest you where to go to have a real one 😏
