I think beer is what makes you wake up in the middle of the night to pee... that's why it's better to drink wine. LOL. I also try to limit my alcohol consumption to sleep better at night, although I still can't sleep for many hours in a row for a long time, even if I'm very tired or haven't drunk alcohol. Only 4 or 5 hours and I'm already awake 🙃.

Oh man that's way too short! I can do that once in a while but not every night lol. I need 7 hours minimum and preferably 8 or 8.5!
Yeah I really enjoy wine a lot more! The challenge is you have to drink it kind of quick otherwise it goes bad. I want to have a glass at night and then maybe not drink for 3-4 nights and it will often be no good by then sadly! At least the American wine with additives in it.. haha
