MY PROJECTION FOR 2024. A NECESSARY REFLECTION / MI PROYECCION PARA EL 2024. UNA REFLEXION NECESARIA.

Hello and good morning friends of the Reflections community, on the occasion of starting the new year and to break the ice in the creation of content in this new stage I wanted to write a post reflecting on what will be my projection for the year 2024 from the experiences gained then finalized 2023.
Hola y buenos días amigos de la comunidad de Reflexiones, con motivo de comenzar el nuevo año y para romper el hielo en la creación de contenidos en esta nueva etapa he querido escribir un post reflexionando sobre cual será mi proyección para el año 2024 a partir de las experiencias adquiridas despues del finalizado año 2023.
The past year has been a complex stage, full of ups and downs, and of mistakes, as is everything in life. But it was not for nothing that good reflections were gained, which serve as experience for the future. One of the experiences was to have listened to my younger sister's decision to emigrate, for me it was a train wreck, something that I did not expect so quickly. Everything arises from the difficult economic situation that we live in today and that has caused the separation of large families and the stampede of emigrants from all over the world with the aim of achieving the longed-for American dream.
El pasado año fue una etapa compleja, llena de altibajos y de deshaciertos como lo es todo en la vida. Pero no por gusto se sacaron buenas reflexiones las cuales sirven de experiencia para el futuro. Una de las experiencias fue haber escuchado la decision de mi hermana menor al querer emigrar, para mi fue un choque de trenes, algo que no me esperaba con tanta rapidez. Todo surge a raiz de la dificil situacion economica que vivimos en la actualidad y que ha provocado la separacion de familias numerosas y la estampida de emigrantes de todo el mundo con el objetivo de lograr el añorado sueño americano.
Another of my experiences was to have successfully completed a work stage that I thought for a moment I was not going to finish. From there I had new friendships or professional colleagues, which I think that is the best definition that can be assigned to this group of people, which each and every one of them helped to form values and feelings never before exploited by my personality. As for example in most of the times the anger, the imposition before the badly done and the lack of respect towards the youth continuator on the part of the older ones or personnel of qualified experience. Each of these last aspects forced me to grow and mature at work, to know how to give my place to any worker was one of my priorities without disregarding his position or management level.
Otra de mis experiencias fue haber culminado exitosamente una etapa laboral que pense por un momento que no hiba a terminar. De ahi tuve nuevas amistades o compañeros de profesion, que creo que esa es la mejor definicion que se le puede asignar a este grupo de personas, las cuales y cada una de ellas ayudaron a formar valores y sentimientos nunca antes explotados por mi personalidad. Como por ejemplo en la mayoria de las veces la ira, la imponencia ante lo mal hecho y la carencia de respeto hacia la juventud continuadora por parte de los mas viejos o personal de experiencia calificada. Cada uno de estos ultimos aspectos me obligo a crecer y madurar en lo laboral, saberme dar mi lugar ante cualquier trabajador era una de mis prioridades sin dejar de despreciar su cargo o nivel directivo.
A final aspect of this period was to have received with joy the pleasant news of belonging to the group of workers of the Institute of Tropical Geography of the Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment in Cuba. A dream that I always wanted to fulfill and that thanks to my effort, commitment and dedication to my work I managed to realize. Here I shared with them the closing of the year 2023 in a pleasant evening that was held on December 16 at 11 am at the Hotel Comodoro. Here I met the magnificent staff working in the institution and that long before that day already deserved my respect and admiration.
Un ultimo aspecto en este periodo fue haber recibido con jubilo la agradable noticia de pertenecer al grupo de trabajadores del Instituto de Geografia Tropical del Ministerio de Ciencia Tecnologia y Medio Ambiente en Cuba. Un sueño que siempre quise hacer cumplir y que gracias a mi esfuerzo, empeño y dedicacion a mi trabajo logre concretar. Aqui comparti con ellos el cierre del año 2023 en una agradable velada que se celebro el 16 de diciembre a las 11 de la mañana en el Hotel Comodoro. Aqui conoci el magnifico personal que labora en la institucion y que desde mucho antes de ese dia ya merecia mi respeto y admiracion.
So, to conclude, I would like to comment on my projections for 2024, which is just beginning. First of all, to support my family, to grow in terms of decisions and ways of acting before the different aspects of life. Secondly to continue improving in my profession, something that will open many doors for my life that continues, maybe here or not I don't know but the fact is that every path we take will be decisive for the beginning of others to come. And last but not least, I will continue my studies which will be the basis for my consolidation as a professional in the field of Geosciences.
Entonces para concluir quisiera comentar cuales seran mis proyecciones para este 2024 que recien esta comenzando.
En primer lugar apoyar a mi familia, crecer en cuanto a decisiones y formas de actuacion ante las diferentes aspectos de la vida. Segundo lugar seguir mejorando en mi profesion, algo que me va a abrir muchas puertas para mi vida que continua, quizas aqui o no no se pero el hecho es que cada camino que tomemos sera desicivo para el inicio de otros que vendran. Y como ultimo y no menos importante continuar estudios de superacion los cuales seran la base para mi consolidacion como profesional en el campo de las Geociencias.
But I did not want to conclude without remembering all those people who are part of my family and that at this time for reasons of life are no longer here and that as death of this 2024 I would like to see again. So friends, without further ado, I wish you a good beginning of the year and good luck for the exposition of your contents in Hive.
Pero no queria antes concluir sin recordar a todas aquellas personas que forman parte de mi familia y en que en estos momentos por cuestiones de la vida ya no estan y que como deceso de este 2024 quisiera volver a ver. Entonces amigos sin mas les deceso un buen inicio de año y una buena suerte para la exposicion de sus contenidos dentro de Hive.
