When I saw the first photo, I remembered a phrase that a chef used to say, very famous here in Venezuela and had a television program, he always said, "Green, how I love you Green," he used that phrase to refer to the green vegetables he always used to prepare the meals, especially parsley, cilantro, and chives.

Just random words from my mind, I hope to receive that invitation email or call someday. LOL

Parsley, cilantro, and chives are aromatics and herbs!
To me green vegetables are vegetables... Brussel sprouts, zucchini, cabbage, green bell peppers, spinach, mustard greens. broccoli, green beans, lettuce, etc., and can be a main dish if you want, !LOL
