Sis, your neighborhood is a "no man's land" and that pisses you off. I think something has to be done about it especially the underground planned robbery you guys experience so often. Believe me from stealing gadgets and petty things , they will upgrade to stealing of cash and they have to achieve this by using gun. You know what it means.

I totally understand, but I'm hopeful that it won't continue to be this way. A change is imminent.
