IAAC Day 4 - Preparing taxes [EN/ES]

Greetings friends of #WeAreAliveTribe and #Hive!

The first days of each month are the time for filing monthly tax returns in my country. Since I started the small grocery business, or "despensa" as we call it here, I had to reactivate my fiscal activity.

Everyone knows that the Tax Office does not forgive because otherwise, there wouldn't be enough to pay public servants' salaries, because well, to be honest, that's all it can cover in this country due to corruption.

So, first thing in the morning, I got to work on the process of preparing the accounts... Everything was going relatively well until I came across 3 invoices that one of my suppliers inexplicably canceled.

After contacting the company and some back and forth, they gave me the accountant's WhatsApp number, and I informed him of the situation. After about half an hour, the accountant's assistant told me they resolved the issue and that I should be able to load those invoices.

Yes, friends, we still do it manually, but luckily, the base of electronic invoice issuers will gradually expand until it reaches 100%, which will save a lot of work.

So these days, I will be practicing my profession as an Accountant, even if it’s just for myself, and I will continue on the path to achieving my 3 goals for the year that I shared in previous posts.

Yesterday I read 3 more chapters of the book, drank juices instead of coffee, but today I failed to wake up at 6 AM, as I set the alarm for 10 more minutes, although I will try to correct that weakness.

Saludos amigos de #WeAreAliveTribe y de #Hive , los primeros días de cada mes, es época de declaración de impuestos mensuales en mi país, y desde que inicié el pequeño negocio ee abarrotes, o despensa como coloquialmente le decimos aquí, tuve que reactivar mi actividad fiscal.

Todos sabrán que el Fisco no perdona, porque de otra forma, no habría para pagar los salarios de los funcionarios públicos, porque bueno, siendo sinceros, sólo para eso alcanza en este país, a causa de la corrupción.

Entonces a primera hora de la mañana, me puse manos a la obra en el proceso de preparar las cuentas... Todo iba relativamente bien, hasta que me encontré con 3 facturas que uno de mis proveedores dió de baja inexplicablemente.

Después de comunicarme con la empresa, y algunas escaramuzas, me dieron el WhatsApp del contador, y le informé la situación y después de una media hora aproximadamente, la asistente del contador me avisa que solucionaron el inconveniente y que debería poder cargar esas facturas.

Sí amigos, todavía lo hacemos manualmente, pero por suerte, gradualmente se irá ampliando la base de facturadores electrónicos hasta llegar al 100% , lo que ahorrará bastante trabajo.

Asi que estos días estaré ejerciendo mi profesión de Contador, aunque solo sea para mi misma, y continuaré en el camino de cumplir mis 3 metas del año, que compartí en los anteriores posteos.

Ayer leí 3 capítulos más del libro, bebí jugos en lugar de café, pero hoy fallé con lo de despertar a las 6AM, ya que puse 10 minutos más, aunque intentaré rectificar esa debilidad.

Espero tengan un increíble día, por mi parte intentaré no derretirme durante este verano.
