It will be my first :) I am a virgin
oooh that's hot
Nice! Will be fun to see a bunch of new people come on board.
You got that correct :)
I held dash in the old days, until I got hacked. I didn’t really know what I was doing in the wild west
ah damn, well a good time to get back in
it’s a first for me.
I think you'll like it
Nice, yeah hopefully you'll be pleasantly surprised.
I lost my dash wallet bc I was not well versed on anything crypto when I got it... the first smartphone I bought with my money had a dash wallet integrated.
oh wow. Never knew that was a thing

Happens. Was it a KRIP phone?
Yes. They were the best for the price at the moment haha, I wish I was more careful with the wallet, but actually that phone one day just stopped working randomly, and when I took it to service they deleted everything without asking first
Oh no, that's very bad of them. I hope you told them that you lost money because of them.
Yeah, I told them I lost that and a lot of photos... no idea why their only solution was to format the phone without backing the info... I would have done that myself...
Not since the early days and then when LeoDex launched
And now recently I’m using it again in developing & designing the integrations
It’s evolved quite a lot. The ease of use and brand recognition is absolutely there
oh yeah quite an evolution since the dark coin days, amirite @thedessertlinux?
Still evolving too. I'm working on a side project to significantly improve privacy (and usability of privacy functions).
Also, did you see the interview with the lead Dash dev I just put on 3speak? Give it a watch if you have time.

Maybe year 2018 if I remember good, I was in a club called "Club Táchira" (ccs-vzla) and they accept Dash for the drinks and other things.
Today, stores and supermarket accept Dash. Still using btw!
awesome!
Cool! I remember there were around 3,000 businesses in the Caracas area that accepted Dash at one point. Lorenzo Rey's team onboarded them (he later went on to work on El Salvador's Bitcoin wallet).
Which stores and supermarkets still accept it?
Around me in Caracas have 10 places.
I didn't meet Lorenzo. But yes, Dash was good time here, maybe reborn
Yes, that list is manually-updated an definitely not complete.
can I imagine that, well here I'm waiting for the reborn of our dear dash coin to spend and earn here in Venezuela
We'll help make it happen for you.
never used it. i used to clould mine it on some old faucet called Eobot....it's how i found steem.
ooo I remember!
i was such a noob to that stuff then lol
those were the goold ole days
Never interacted w/ the chain but I did hodl some on a custodial exchange back when it was top 10 market cap
interesting
It was even top-3 for a brief period. Maybe again one day?
🤞
Well you know me, I first used it in 2016 when I got paid for an article I wrote: 3 Dash at $7 each.
Since the end of 2016 when Bitcoin started to get slow and expensive, I switched all of it over to Dash and have been using it as my daily money since then.
Over the years probably 90% of my income and spending has been in Dash, mixed in with Zcash, Bitcoin Cash, Steem/Hive, USDC on ARB, and CACAO (I have some $MAYA tokens).
that's awesome!
Well, being a new user on InLeo and all, I hate Twitter but it's basically how I got here. But yeah, I joined InLeo since @thedesertlinux and @khaleelkazi spoke of this place in their podcast. Long time follower of Joel as well.
welcome
Thank you kindly, sir!
