Was about to respond to this but it seems have @khaleelkazi has answered you correctly. The seed phrase is the master key. Don't lose that or else you are in deep shit. Especially you've got some funds over here.

how can I get the master password same as I have others like active and posting?
The master password is the seed phrase. That 24 words is the master password
ok. It's in different format so how can I get the one with same as other keys?
The seed password or master password (same here) is a derivative key, which means that for each unique master password you will have a set of unique owner, active, posting, memo keys. If you change ANYTHING on the password, ALL your keys change and vice versa too.
