4. Jahrestag auf Hive - 4rd anniversary on Hive --- DE/EN

Hallo ihr Lieben,

Am 21.11.2025 war ich laut Hiveblocks seit genau vier Jahren auf der Hive-Blockchain. Gestern hatte ich keine Zeit den Post zu verfassen, deshalb kommt er heute am 22.11.25 - auch ein schönes Datum. Aber in UTC -12 ist jetzt noch der 21.11.25. Woher ich das weiß? Das hat mir eine KI geflüstert. Auch, dass die Inseln unbewohnt sind und nur selten durch beispielsweise wissenschaftliche Teams besucht werden. Aber vielleicht sitzt da gerade jemand der Vögel zählt und nebenbei seinen Hiveaccount via Satellit checkt und dann meinen kleinen Post liest. Jedenfalls sollte es dort gerade wärmer sein als hier. 😅 Ich bitte dennoch um Verzeihung für die Verspätung. Ich hatte überlegt den Jahrestagspost diesmal ausfallen zu lassen, weil ich es nicht rechtzeitig geschafft habe. Jedoch hatte ich mir fest vorgenommen an dieser Tradition festzuhalten.

Hello dear Hivians,

According to Hiveblocks, on 21 November 2025, I had been on the Hive blockchain for exactly four years. I didn't have time to write the post yesterday, so here it is today, on 22 November 2025 – also a nice date. But in UTC -12, it's still 21 November 2025. How do I know that? An AI whispered it to me. It also told me that the islands are uninhabited and rarely visited, except by scientific teams, for example. But maybe there's someone sitting there counting birds and checking their Hive account via satellite and then reading my little post. In any case, it should be warmer there than here right now.😅 Nevertheless, I apologise for the delay. I had considered skipping the anniversary post this year because I didn't manage to get it done in time. However, I was planning to stick to this tradition.

Noch immer biete ich ein MeetUp für alle deutschsprachigen Hivians an. (Unter #mhmm findet Ihr die Posts dazu und natürlich auch auf meinem Blog.) Die Treffen finden auf dem Discordserver: Hive learn & more statt. Dieser ist aktuell am besten für Hivians geeignet, die der deutschen Sprache mächtig sind, aber ich dachte, ein englischer Name wäre sinnvoll, falls sich das irgendwann mal ändern sollte und zweisprachig gearbeitet werden soll. Mittlerweile beheimatet der Server auch das Gastprojekt @hive.helps unter der Leitung und Verantwortung von @kheldar1982. Er arbeitet zweisprachig und spendet unter anderem Geld aus eigener Tasche an Organisationen. Wenn Ihr nun neugierig geworden seid, dann schaut gerne auf @hive.helps vorbei.

I am still offering a MeetUp for all German-speaking Hivians. (You can find the posts under #mhmm and of course on my blog.) The meetings take place on the Discordserver: Hive learn & more. This is currently best suited for Hivians who speak German, but I thought an English name would be useful in case that changes at some point and we want to work bilingually. In the meantime, the server is also home to the guest project @hive.helps under the direction and responsibility of @kheldar1982. He works bilingually and donates money from its own pocket to help small aid-organisations. If you are now curious, then take a look at @hive.helps.

Meine Ziele für das nächste Jahr auf Hive sind: lernen, mich weiterentwickeln, den Stake erhöhen und noch viel mehr nette Hivians kennenlernen. Oh ja und unbedingt auch wieder mehr posten. Ideen habe ich mehr als genug, die müssen nur noch getippt und 'geHtmlt' oder aus den Templates frei gelassen werden.

My goals for the next year on Hive are: learning, developing myself, increasing my stake and getting to know even more nice Hivians. Oh yes, and definitely post more again. I have more than enough ideas, they just need to be typed and ‘httmlt’ or released from the templates.

Ich kann mich augenblicklich nicht so recht entscheiden. Ist dieser Kalendertag nun ein Anlass zur Gratulation oder doch mehr ein idealer Zeitpunkt, dir echte Bewunderung bezüglich deiner Ausdauer und Zuversicht entgegenzubringen? Ich neige dazu, in die Allee der Bewunderung abzubiegen, da das Gratulieren schnell inflationäre Züge annehmen kann. Die Bewunderung dagegen bereits etwas cineastisch ins beste Licht gerückte Anerkennung in sich birgt. Auf dieser Plattform eine gute Portion Zuversicht gehortet zu haben, kann kein Fehler sein.

Die Gratulationen werden für mich nicht inflationär, weil hinter jeder ein individueller Hivian steht.😊 So wie ich nun unserem Hive-Poeten, der mir seine Bewunderung auf einer Bühne präsentiert, für seinen cineastisch beleuchteten Beitrag danken darf. Since i started to run a witness 3 weeks ago , i noticed how manny inactive witnesses are still on the list , only because people once voted for them and never looked back . Not really weird that people hardly look there anymore since it's not something they have to deal with on a daily base .

But for the active witness that just starts they are lost votes that could help others climb the ranks .

Most of all i want to create awareness , and if in the progress of that people vote for my witness it's a win win ;)

That's just the difficult thing about explaining Hive topics like these on chain. How are new users supposed to know that? That's why I already addressed the topic of witnesses at the virtell German-speaking MeetUp that I organise. And I like to remind Hivians about this topic as well. Everyone is free to choose, but they should know what they're doing.

You could also write an explaining-Post or hold a competition where people write about it, that way the topic will become more visible.
