Today I’ll be sharing with you a new artwork i created recently using ballpoint pen and charcoal on paper.

Two small figures,
one step, then another,
their shadows stretch
longer than their years.

No map in their pockets,
no certainty in their hands—
only trust,
folded neatly
in the crook of an embrace.

They walk into tomorrow,
side by side,
as if to say:
the journey is lighter
when the weight is shared.
