I Am (Original Poetry)

Becoming one with my favorite element in nature helps me quiet the mind, relax and simply be. It’s been quite a while since I spent a good amount of time in the sea or ocean. And I missed it so much. Scuba diving is my passion. Water is my big love.

While enjoying the clean, green-blue waves and recharging every single cell of my body with vital energy aka boosting my life force, I reflected upon the past year. Gratitude flooded my heart when I thought about the two magical gifts that I have received. One of them came disguised as a hidden talent empowering me to use my energy more creatively. The second one appeared in a physical form, a beautiful soul I love deeply and feel connected to on a higher plain.

Both gifts have impacted my life significantly, helping me to raise my level of consciousness and literally blast through several disempowering beliefs. As a consequence, the following poem came to my awareness.

I breathe
therefore I am.

I feel
therefore I live.

I see
therefore I create.

I observe
therefore I’m conscious.

I struggle
therefore I’m aware.

I let go
therefore I’m everywhere.

I picked Earth
therefore I have free will.

I love
therefore I get to stay.

I decide
therefore I lead the way.

I help
therefore I care.

I exist
therefore I share.

I am energy
therefore I’m a wave.

I am you
therefore I vibrate.

I am consciousness
therefore I’m eternal.
