I love how you touched on both physical and behavioural health - because they really go hand in hand. It's the little habit like staying hydrated, moving your body and being kind to yourself and others, that truly makes a big difference.

The little habits we ignore most times are the things that make the big difference in our life's, they account for a more better, healthy and happy life.
