Avocado Graham Ice Cream: Another Avocado Dessert

Hello hivers. How was your day! I hope you are doing good. Is it sunny or rainy in your area? Well in our place it's sunny in the morning and rainy in the afternoon hahaha but we use to have this kind of weather all the time. By the way today I'm going to share to you an ice cream made of avocado and my mom made it for us.

This dessert for today had 25 whole avocados. I wash them first then place it on the table. Cut it in half and remove all the seeds and I set it aside. I also remove the seeds skin which was left on the meat. Some are over ripe, some are just right in time and some are still raw but are good to eat. There are 11 people in this house that's why we have to make a lot so everyone can eat.

Then I have to make scrape it using a coconut scraper so this turn into tiny pieces. It's better to make it in a blender but mom said they had tried it with a blender and this time she wanted to try scraped avocado to determine which is better.

Then I opened the cream and the condensed milk which was chilled overnight and mix it well using a mixer to double the amount and will have the finest texture.

This is the Graham biscuit. It's very popular in making float and today we will add it to our ice cream to add taste. I just cracked it into tiny pieces so this can go with the avocado mixture smoothly.

Then mom just mixed everything. The mixed milk, the scraped avocado and the pieces of Graham biscuit. Then I have to get a bigger spoonful in order to mix it thoroughly.

Then mom place it on a beautiful white container. Then placed it on the fridge. This can be eaten tomorrow to achieve the ice cream texture. But before mom placed it everything I asked for a cup of it and tasted it it's very delicious and I'm very excited for tomorrow. There's also a crushed Graham's on top. This adds beauty and also a powdery taste for the avocado ice cream. Everyone is excited to try because all of us here loves avocado at different recipe. Avocado is a seasonal fruit and only appears for two months once a year but if you saw avocado on the vendors all the time it was grown with chemicals like they are going to spray chemicals to the leaves or to the whole tree to bear fruit every month or twice a month and it doesn't comes naturally but it can be bought wholesale at a big farm. I can't say it's not healthy but for me naturally grown avocado is better.
