The story of the vegetables I plant in the home garden and Food for family, cooked by my wife with the chemical free vegetables I plant in my home garden part 71 : fried noodles with pork in thick gravy.
Hello everyone. After my wife get well. But today I'm sick. So we didn't go anywhere. Two days ago we planned today to go to a temple in Chai Prakan District to participate and see a traditional northern thai festival. We therefore had to cancel the plan we had planned. My illness include a slight cold and headache. Today so I have no activities at home or outside the house. Besides walking around in the home garden where I plant vegetables. To watch vegetables to kill time.
The cucumbers I planted were old and beginning to wither. Now the cucumber plants only has 4 cucumbers. So I told my wife to harvest it to cook for today. The first time, she wasn't sure what to cook with cucumbers. My wife spend time to think about what to cook for a while. And the wife decided that she would use cucumber as an ingredient to cook fried noodles with pork in thick gravy. This was her first time that cucumber was using instead of kale for fried noodles with pork in thick gravy.
Additionally, she also harvests gac leaves and chaya as ingredients for fried noodles with pork in thick gravy too.
When I talk about kale in this post. I'd like to update on the kale I'm growing in the garden. Last week I planted kale in the home garden again. After last month I planted kale. But it failed because worms and snails ate the seedlings of kale. And now the kale I planted last week is now growing into seedlings. I think the kales I planted this time won't fail like last time.
