Hello everyone. How are you today? I hope all is well with you and your family. This post is a simple dish my wife cooked again. This dish is Stir-fried chicken with ginger and oyster mushrooms. This is another delicious and simple dish. Some of the vegetable ingredients for this dish can be picked from the home garden. In our home garden we have ginger, celery and spring onion. But we don't have oyster mushrooms, chili pepper, shallot and garlic in the home garden. So we bought them from the market.

Ingredients for stir-fried chicken with ginger and oyster mushrooms.
- chicken
- oyster mushrooms
- ginger
- celery
- spring onion
- chili pepper
- shallot
- garlic
- oil
- pork flavour seasoning powder
Ingredients
Chop ginger, shallots, chili pepper, garlic, spring onion, celery, oyster mushrooms and chicken
Put a pan on the stove and heat the oil. Then add garlic and chili pepper in the pan and stir-fried.
Then add the chicken in the pan and stir-fry until the chicken is cooked.
Then add ginger and shallots in the pan and stir-fry for a while.
Then add the oyster mushrooms in the pan and stir-fry until the oyster mushrooms are cooked.
Then add the spring onions and celery in the pan and stir-fry for a while.
Season with pork flavour seasoning powder and turn off the stove.
Stir-fried chicken with ginger and oyster mushrooms. Enjoy 😋

A delicious simple dish but full of good nutrients and health benefit's for the body.You got an awesome wife a blessing because not all wife can cook well.
