Religious and northern thai traditional ceremonies at the ancestral hall in the village.

Hello everyone. How are you today? I hope all is well with you and your family. Yesterday was Songkran Day and New Year's Day in Thailand. Most people in my district went to the temple yesterday for religious ceremonies and making merit. Me and my family too. In addition to going to the temple yesterday for religious ceremonies and making merit, today in my village there was a northern tradition and merit making at the village ancestor hall. And this morning almost all the villagers went to the ancestral hall to help prepare things for the northern religious and traditional ceremonies. The ancestral hall is near my family's longan orchard and the ancestral hall is only 600 meters from my house. We have prepared food, incense, candles and other offerings for pay homage to ancestors at the ancestral hall and perform religious ceremonies. Which the religious and traditional ceremonies will begin in the afternoon. In the afternoon, monks will perform religious and traditional ceremonies together with villagers in the village. Unfortunately, in the afternoon, my wife and I did not participate in the religious and traditional ceremonies at the ancestral hall with the other villagers. Although there was no atmosphere of religious and traditional ceremonies at the ancestral hall in the afternoon. But I have an atmosphere in the morning when we and the villagers help prepare things for religious and traditional ceremonies.
