My simple rural lifestyle and wife.

Hello everyone. How are you today? I hope all is well with you and your family. This morning my wife and I sent our son and granddaughter to school as usual. After we send the children to school. We didn't go anywhere except to stop and pay homage to the buddha images with make merit at the temple. This temple is a temple close to home and the temple on the way home. We spent only 10 minutes at the temple because this morning we had work to do at our family's longan orchard.

This morning we had to fertilize the longan trees. When we arrived at the home, we prepared to go to the longan orchard. My wife's mother and brother had taken fertilizer to the longan orchard. Our family's longan orchard is near the village and it is only 600 meters from our home. We can walk to the longan orchard.

In this longan orchard there are hundreds of longan trees. And there are mango trees, banana trees, and papaya trees as well. Each type has only 3-5 trees. We grow longans to sell. But other fruits we grow to eat. It takes us about 2 hours to fertilize longan trees (I didn't take photos while adding fertilizer.). Now the longan and mango trees are blooming and bearing fruit. I took a friend to see the atmosphere in the longan orchard.

Then we walked around the longan orchard and harvested vegetables to cook for lunch. My wife wants to make easy food again and doesn't take long to make. So she harvests papaya to make papaya salad (Somtam).

She also harvests bird's eye chilli and green brinjal from the longan orchard to use as ingredients for papaya salad.

When we go home, My wife harvests limes to use as an ingredient in papaya salad. And she harvests pandan to cook with sticky rice.
