Hello everyone. How are you today? I hope all is well with you and your family. Today is another day that I simple and peaceful rural lifestyle and my family at our home. It's school break time for my son and granddaughter. So we didn't go out or travel. In the old post about almost 2 months ago, it was a trip 2-3 months before the school break. During the school break, my wife and me didn't go on any trips. We mostly take care of our autistic son at home. The son also has self-harming behavior. When going to a crowded and noisy place. So we can't take our son out or travel. Besides taking care of my son at home, I kill time in the home garden. Even though it has been a long time that I have not planted new vegetables in the home garden. But in the home garden there are many vegetables that can be harvested as ingredients for cooking. And my wife often harvests vegetables from the home garden to cook for our family when we are at home. They are fresh vegetables and chemical free vegetables for the health of the family.
This time my wife cooked a simple food for the family as usual. There were a lot of cucumbers in the home garden and she picked 3 of they to cook. This dish is stir-fried cucumber with egg. And this dish also has other vegetables as ingredients besides cucumber, there are also carrots and mushrooms. But we buy carrots and mushrooms online, Easy to cook. So I didn't write the recipe for this dish. But there are cooking photos of this dish to share with everyone.
