Hello everyone. How are you today? I hope all is well with you and your family. My family and I live a simple and peaceful lifestyle in the countryside every day. Especially on the days when our son and granddaughter do not go to school on the weekends. My wife and I can't go anywhere. And we're at home all day. Our autistic son is irritable and self-harms frequently. So we don't have any activities or outings on the weekends. And my wife always cooks easy meals when we're at home. And she picks many kinds of vegetables from the home garden to use as ingredients for the food she cooks.
This time too, my wife picked some vegetables in the home garden to boil. We eat these boiled vegetables with spicy dip. The spicy dip this time is spicy northern thai minced pork and tomato dip. And I have shared the recipe for this spicy dipping sauce with everyone in old post. So in this post I don't have a recipe for this spicy dip. We buy some vegetables from the soup market the other day for boiling and eating this time.
