Life in India | New Delhi

Its been a long time since I've posted, as I have had exams and currently l'm only half way through the examination series... we will be going to travel a little bit as we have a two week break after the 20th so stay tuned for that!

As you see in the first photo, a cow, yes - in Inida maybe some of you don't know but cows are holy and they allow them to go anywhere - roads, bridges etc...

It's been quite interesting/depressing to experience this culture...

As you see - you see a child trying to earn money by selling socks or cheaps things, this isn't the kid doing it - they get forced to and if they don't earn money they get abused, not by their parents but by the people who kidnapped him, when l mean 'they', there are hundreds of kids doing this and its a huge problem in India. Really, really sad to see...

Once in a awhile we go for walks or drives out to the middle of New Delhi - but only in the morning or afternoon as temperatures reach up to 45 C (India is in peak summer time!).

Leaving boat life - I have been getting used to, frequent power cuts, extreme heat and busy city life - quite unusual but l'm young and l can get used to these conditions fast!

This, l found quite funny - instead of having proper safety signs, this is the only safety precaution on Indian roads🤣.
