Propósitos de Año Nuevo. /New Year's resolutions.

Hola a todos, como todos sabemos recién pasaron las fiestas de fin de año, cada quien celebró a su manera, con quien mas quería o con quien podía ya que algunas personas trabajaron, siendo enfermera hay días festivos que en ocasiones nos toca trabajar, y pues estamos dispuestas a dejar la familia y festejos de lado. En lo personal ya tengo un par de años que no me toca trabajar en las fiestas de fin de año, lo cual estoy disfrutando al igual que mis hijos ya que tuve varios años trabajando en esas fechas y cenábamos temprano para partir hacia el trabajo. A @gr33nm4ster le ha tocado trabajar, pero aun así se ha dado el tiempo de celebrar con nosotros.

Todas esta celebraciones son muy bonitas, pero este post no va dirigido a ellas, mas bien a lo que viene después de ellas, nuestros propósitos de año nuevo.

Durante el brindis en la fiesta de fin de año, algunos acostumbramos comer las famosas 12 uvas, que representan 12 deseos o propósitos, pero en realidad piensan en eso en hacerlos?

Muchas veces comenzamos muy motivados para cumplir los propositos, por ejemplo: hacer ejercicio, tomar agua, gastar menos, en fin hay muchos propositos, que siendo sinceros muchas veces no los cumplimos o dejamos abandonados o los vamos postergando por alguna situación, por ejemplo con el maratón Guadalupe - Reyes decimos, después de la rosca me pongo a dieta, o despues de los tamales del dia de la candelaria y lo vamos alargando por que luego sigue la celebracion del 14 de febrero que en méxico es el día de san Valentín, y poco a poco nos vamos olvidando de éstos.

En mi caso de mis pocos propósitos, he comenzado, como dicen uno a la vez, no me estreso en esto, pero si veo de una manera seria el ponerlos en práctica, uno de ellos es tomar agua ya que realmente casi no tomo agua, pero desde que inició el año he tratado de tomar mas agua y menos refresco, debo tomarlo un día a la vez, hasta que se vuelva un hábito.

Hacer ejercicio, no he comenzado hasta hoy, pero pronto les enseñaré fotos haciéndolo, para eso si debo tener un poco mas de determinación, pero seguramente lo haré ya que me gusta hacer ejercicio.

Hay otros propósitos que tengo, que son un poco más personales, con los que iré trabajando un poco mas, ya que tienen que ver con mi forma de ser y son mas bien patrones de conducta, les contaré si logro alguno de estos.
