Mi experiencia y resultados del Talent Land./ My Talent Land experience and results.

Hola amigos el día de hoy quiero compartir con ustedes un poco de mi experiencia en el Talent Land.

En realidad era mi primera vez, así que además de lo que me comentaba mi esposo @gr33nm4ster, también me di a la tarea de investigar un poco en los ratos libres, porque aun que no parecía, me sentía emocionada de participar.

El Talent Land, un evento de talla mundial en el que se mezcla la tecnología, emprendimiento y desarrolladores para impulsarlos como una gran plataforma, este año con la participación de Hive en un stand, en el que tuvimos la oportunidad de hablar con mucha gente, así como tener una presentación en el Main Stage de @starkerz como expositor.

Tuve la gran fortuna de poder asistir como voluntaria, a decir verdad tenía un poco de dudas ya que no soy desarrolladora y más que nada mi punto de vista siempre fue de un usuario que poco a poco fue aprendiendo y en base a eso traté de abordar el tema, algunas personas lo entienden más de esa manera, más no todos ya que si tienen conocimiento acerca de cripto, web 3 y Blockchain les aparecen más dudas.

Me gustó mucho el equipo ya que hubo una integración muy especial, todos fuimos parte de un todo, de forma muy personal puedo decir que fui muy bien recibida, y el lenguaje no fue barrera ya que casi todos hablaban español.

Hello friends, today I want to share with you a little bit of my experience in Talent Land.

Actually it was my first time, so in addition to what my husband @gr33nm4ster told me, I also gave myself the task of doing some research in my free time, because even though it didn't seem like it, I was excited to participate.

The Talent Land, a world-class event that mixes technology, entrepreneurship and developers to promote them as a great platform, this year with the participation of Hive in a booth, where we had the opportunity to talk to many people, as well as having a presentation on the Main Stage of @starkerz as an exhibitor.

I had the great fortune to be able to attend as a volunteer, to tell the truth I had some doubts since I am not a developer and more than anything my point of view was always of a user that little by little was learning and based on that I tried to approach the topic, some people understand it more that way, but not everyone since if they have knowledge about crypto, web 3 and Blockchain more doubts appear to them.

I really liked the team because there was a very special integration, we were all part of a whole, in a very personal way I can say that I was very well received, and the language was not a barrier because almost everyone spoke Spanish.

Positive Feedback

Todos tuvimos un papel muy importante ya que unos se dedicaron a onboarding de negocios, en los que se lograron algunos negocios dentro del Talent Land, mismos que van a continuar aceptando HBD, y otros como @elsentidobarsano y Berlins Bretzel Wagen son establecimientos externos a la expo los cuales también seguirán aceptando HBD.

Números

Se realizaron un total de 181 cuentas en el recinto, de las cuales realicé un total de 21 quedando en tercer lugar general en onboarding de personas, ya que el onboarding de negocios no se me da, no me siento preparada para realizarlos. Fue increíble hablar con todas esas personas, hablarles del ecosistema, ver que poco a poco se iban interesando cada vez mas, hubieron varias que regresaban a pedir mas información ya que les fueron surgiendo dudas pero fueron resueltas por parte del equipo.

En mi caso realice contacto con una persona de Mérida, con quien tengo contacto para futuras reuniones con la cual planeamos crear una comunidad Yucateca.

En general todo estuvo muy bien, los organizadores hicieron un excelente trabajo desde la planeación, organización hasta la ejecución del proyecto.

Que mejoraría en el próximo evento.

Realmente no estuve muy involucrada en la organización, y como había dicho anteriormente estuvo muy bien, pero si puedo comentar que el recinto no tenia muy buena conectividad, así que hubieron algunas cuentas que no pudimos realizar debido a lo mismo, por otro lado creo que pudimos dividir nuestros tiempo en jornadas y de esa manera abarcar mas y no agotar tanto nuestra voz.

En cuanto a la participación en el Main Stage, después de esta, la gente se intereso más llegando a preguntar acerca del ecosistema, pienso que @starkerz pudo haber realizado parte de su participación en español, lo habla bastante bien y hubiera llegado a mas personas.

En resumen, tuvimos una muy buena respuesta en la expo, se realizo el onboarding de nuevos usuarios, a negocios que acepten HBD y quedan abiertas muchas posibilidades.

In general everything went very well, the organizers did an excellent job from the planning, organization to the execution of the project.

What I would improve in the next event.

I was not really involved in the organization, and as I said before it was very good, but I can comment that the venue did not have very good connectivity, so there were some accounts that we could not perform because of the same, on the other hand I think we could divide our time in days and thus cover more and not exhaust our voice so much.

As for the participation in the Main Stage, after this, people were more interested in asking about the ecosystem, I think @starkerz could have done part of his participation in Spanish, he speaks it quite well and would have reached more people.

In summary, we had a very good response in the expo, the onboarding of new users was done, to businesses that accept HBD and many possibilities remain open.
