You may be looking forward to the next stage of my southwestern US trip. After the Valley of Fire, NV, we moved to Zion National Park, UT.

I have picked a photo with a with of the deep Zion Canyon, from atop of the iconic Angels Landing rock. It's northern wall is a 450m sheer vertical drop over the valley floor.

wow! just wow! i felt so small just looking at how wide this canyon is

it's not the width - it's the sheer drop of the vertical sandstone walls

and that too. i really don't like heights so i usually don't look at the drop. that gave me chills
