We are meant to build a city of refuge for those who kill. Meanwhile, we have to carry out our self-defence diligently according to the instructions in the Bible and not to exceed more than that.
Through this teaching, actually encouraged every Christian home and church to be continuously secure over protecting the lives of our people, and while we are doing that, we should also observe choosing mercy over vengeance, but it is also clear to us that caring weapons should not be our symbol of dominance in our faith, so with that teaching, we are meant to strive and be guardians of one another.

I appreciate this teaching that self-defense isn’t sinful, but must be done with care and within limits. It’s true that protecting others is part of our duty, but choosing mercy over vengeance really shows the heart of true faith.
