Each time I come across this line in Psquare's Collabo, I pause and go into deep thought with a simple question: "Do I really have people I can run to whenever I'm broke?"

_____ This afternoon, while I was seated with my phone, going through online shops to see the phone I intend to buy, I found one with the exact specs I'm looking for, but the cost was extremely high. What I had in my wallet was almost the price, but it needed a top-up. As usual, I'm always connected to FM whenever I'm not playing music, and then this song, Collabo by Psquare featuring Don Jazzy, played, and this line; **"If I no get money I get where to borrow"** sounded loud in my ear. They were bragging about having a reliable source they can always count on when they need to borrow money. _____

I began brainstorming, scanning through all my friends, and I saw that I have good friends, but I don't really know whether they'll come through for me when I'm in a financial challenge... that's because I haven't borrowed money from any of my current friends....I mean something reasonable

It's not that I'm very rich, but I've always found myself in the category of those lending helping hands to people, and many atimes, these funds go off without returns.
I remember early this year; there was a guy in my street that I lent a certain amount to. It got to the due date, I reminded him to pay back, and he began to give me an attitude as if I'm begging to borrow money from him. This kind of thing makes me think, do I have any chance of getting financial help from friends?

I think have a chance, but I'm not sure...

Again, looking through the list of my recent friends, especially the ones on this blockchain, I think I can vouch for getting financial help from them whenever I'm in need. At least, I've exhibited a plain and honest lifestyle before them, and that should attract that little percent of trust in them.
However, it's not always the way we see it; we assume things will be okay and go smoothly, but whenever the situation presents itself, we see the true definition of life and people. It's just like the way I once had hope in a very close friend some years ago to help me out with $10 to sort out a financial situation. To my greatest surprise, I was totally snubbed with unreasonable reasons. This was someone that I call "my brother." Such is life!

The lyrics of this song look easy and like something one can easily pass away without much thought, but if one really digs deep into it, you'll see that oftentimes, we don't always have people to give us that help when the situation arises.

Before I drop my keyword, I'm not going to forget the only time (as far as I can remember) I asked for financial help from a friend, a member of this blockchain, and the person came through for me.

I was to stream a football match, and my network got bad. I needed to connect another sim and also needed data on the sim. I tried recharging from my bank, and it refused to work. @cheeamaka came through for me a one-time request, and funny enough, it was the beginning days of our friendship, and she hates anything football talk. Maybe she helped out because it's just $0.25. Who knows what her reply would have been if it was a $700 request. Lol😂 (kidding)

Yeah, I have good friends, and I hope to make a boast of you guys having my back whenever I'm in need.
