Selling one's organ for money

Whenever I think of people trading organs of the body, the first thing that comes to my mind is not the medical use but rather the diabolical use, which gives me a headache every time I think of it. This diabolical use may not be common in western countries since all they know is medical use, but in Africa and some Asian countries, the use of human organs for diabolical purposes is on a large scale. But the crazy aspect of this is that the world feels it's okay for someone to sell their organs to hospitals, where they will be used to save other lives, but frowns at situations where they are sold for diabolical purposes, such as using the organs for rituals.
In case you want to say this is a lie, haven’t you heard of people going to the hospital to sell blood or even remove one of their kidneys just to get money? Haven’t you??? People do this, and they don’t get the query they deserve because it seems they are selling the organs for a rightful use. But when someone sells their organs to non-medical practitioners—who most times offer bigger pay—they get queried by the people and the law at large. I know this happens in rare cases because it’s weird for someone in their sensible mind to sell off their organs to non-medical practitioners. But it happens too!
But then, isn't it their body, and don’t they have the right to do whatever they want with it?
This question is just like saying that since human beings have flesh like animals, can’t people normalise killing and eating humans as some tribes do? The thing is, if the trading of organs is normalised and generalised, the world will become a more deadly butcher zone than it is now. It will go far beyond people willingly offering their organs for sale; people will boldly kill anyone and extract their organs to sell. Someone could even kill a sick family member or friend they think won’t survive, extract the organs, and sell them—and the law or government won’t be able to question them because they’ll claim that the sick friend or family member willingly agreed for the organs to be sold.
I like the way the law is against the act, though shaky. But then, it needs stricter rules.
With the current law, there are still people selling their organs for money. I feel such things should be totally scrapped. Medical facilities responsible for this should be stopped, and the non-medical groups buying these organs should be wiped out.
I’m not being religious here or insinuating that there may be offences against the Creator for people selling off the complete organs He gave them. This is what a lot of people base their arguments on. No, I’m not into that. My point is, if this act of selling organs is not controlled or stopped, it may grow worse in the future—worse than the current situation.
