Indoor person and I love it
Indoor or Outdoor Person?
There's no in-between; I'm totally an indoor person, and it's one lifestyle I've come to love with everything around me. Although sometimes I get the urge to go out, socialize, and be like a normal human, whenever I think about the certain things attached to it and the awkwardness it brings me, I crawl back to my inner hood.
This lifestyle started when I was very young. I have never loved going out like other kids. I preferred staying at home and eating food rather than going out to dance or walk in the midst of many people before getting to eat at a party. Maybe it’s because I wasn’t often opportuned to attend children’s parties. I didn’t start attending church at a young age, which is one of the most common ways children get involved with outings. What about school outings? No way! I was the shy type and found it difficult to engage in social activities that involved going out. The only thing I was good at back then was participating in match-pasts, and interschool competitions happened just once or twice.
So, that’s it—my childhood contributed a lot to this lifestyle. But notwithstanding, I’m very appreciative of that childhood experience because it has helped me a lot in my adult stage.
What’s Special About Being Indoors?
There are a lot of benefits to being a homie person. It saves a lot of money and keeps stress and trouble away.
This year, I was pushed out of my home to go out in the name of dating. I knew that visiting an eatery or a simple restaurant means one must have a reasonable amount of money in their account. The first day I went out, I couldn’t stop exclaiming in surprise throughout my stay there. The prices of things were so unbelievable, and I kept wondering how people coped with that lifestyle. But I didn’t think far because I knew most of the boys that visit such places are into internet fraud. I’m not saying one can’t use their genuinely earned money to visit such places—they do, but it’s very rare to make it an everyday thing.
Mehn, outside is damn costly. I don’t know how you guys cope with buying a bottle of Coca-Cola for 1,000 naira. How?
Although we can’t completely live life without encountering troubles, it’s true that one’s chances of meeting trouble are limited by the things they do and how they mingle with people. I love a trouble-free life, and if not mingling much with people or going out to have fun will give me that, then I’m all for it.
I know that if you don’t go out, you limit your chances of meeting opportunities. I’m aware of that, and I love finding those opportunities online with my phone. Yes, in as much as I’m not going out, I’m well-connected with people online.
I don’t know about you, but going out can be so stressful and tiring. And yes, I’m a very lazy person, and I love to conserve my energy.
Should I talk about the awkwardness that going out brings? Have you ever planned to attend a party where you’re not familiar with the faces of the people there, and as a result, you start looking for someone to escort you? Gosh! I can’t even imagine myself attending a party where I know I won’t be comfortable or a party I wasn’t directly invited to.

I don't even know why I find this so funny, said cola-cola cost 1k outside. 😂 I relate though. Growing up, I had opportunities to be outdoors but being indoors is just much more comfortable. And now, it's already a part of me. But you know what they say, your true love won't fly through your windows. They may not find you unless you go out oh (trust me, I'm speaking to myself as well). 😂
Let me hit on the finding true love outside.
Maybe this is really why I'm yet to meet her ooh! But these days, people find love online... I'm a tourist when it comes to online. It's just that sometimes chatting is tiring too. I'm just lazy 😂.
Thank you for stopping by dear.

Going out really costs a lot honestly. People dey try oo.
Asweeeaar!
I wonder how many people are coping with this OUTSIDING'.
Thumbs up for such people 👍
Honestly, going out sometimes does require you to have a substantial amount of money. However, there are activities you can engage in without spending too much. I, for example, could pay to play VR. That is like N2000, then I pay to see a movie. A ticket is N1000. I buy popcorn and soda, over here is N3000 for the whole combo. I see a movie finish and head to fill my stomach with 3000-3500. The total cost is always between N9000-N10000. To me, that is okay for something I do for myself every once a while.
Where una dey see this money???😂
See how you cheaply break down 10k as if it's 100naira. Lol
But it's true. It looks fine when you're going out alone
Ha ha.
Outside is costly oooo
So true.
Before you spend money on T fare, then to buy things e.t.c.
Let's just stay at home and chill😂
Thanks for sharing.
That's it.
Tfare alone should have bought a bottle of coke to use in chilling at home.
Life is good at home.

You're very welcome 🤗
It's not normal to be an indoor person 😂😂🤣. The fear of the dangers of being outdoor is what usually keeps people indoor. The truth here is that there are more dangers to be an indoor person than being an outdoor person.
A mixture of both styles could balance the situation.
Dangers of being indoors?
I hope you're not refering to horrors?

🤣😂
Not horror.
Boredom is what I meant.
And people who are always indoors may not be able to share what they are going through to friends.
Lol, you're a lazy person? Okay, I'll remind you. But yeah, the cost of being outdoors these days is outrageous. Best to stay indoors and maintain your peace.
Then, I used to know you as a groovy girl. Don't know if you've switched to indoors. Lol😂
