Hive at $0.16

Greetings!

Have you been checking Hive price every day, or have you turned a blind eye and let it be whatever it wants to be?

For me, I'm operating from both sides.

Yesterday, I was reminded again by a friend that I swapped my USDT to Hive too early. Guess what the price was when I swapped it? It was at $0.399.

Now you can go ahead and laugh.

Ever since I did that swap with the intention of making more profit when it increased to at least $0.6, things didn’t go as planned. Instead, it kept going down. And ever since I noticed the dip, I decided to stop checking the price altogether. I no longer visit my Binance to know how much my Hive is worth.

But then, I have a friend who is strongly hoping Hive will hit $0.16 so she can strike – I mean, buy more Hive. Yesterday, the price of Hive almost reached $0.16 but stopped at $0.18. She’s the one who keeps reminding me of Hive's price regularly.

Funny enough, she strongly believed that Hive would hit $0.16 yesterday or at least today, due to how badly it was dipping. I suggested she buy at $0.18, but no – she insisted that if it’s not $0.16, she’s not buying. At that moment, I had the feeling she was somehow seeing the future already because her faith in the $0.16 target was so strong.

Guess what?

Towards the end of yesterday, we saw the price rise from that $0.18 to $0.205. Pain! 😅

But come to think of it, the swing of Hive’s price has mostly been about dip, dip, and more dip, and I keep wondering when it’s going to stabilize at a reasonable price?

When I saw it rise to $0.6 last year, I thought that even if it was going to come down, it wouldn't drop below $0.3. But hey, look at where we are now — $0.18 and $0.2 — exactly what we saw last year.

Well, while this may be very favorable for acquiring more, it can also be discouraging, especially for those blogging because the vote value appears so small. But then again, this dip also allows one to acquire more liquid Hive in the process. So it’s a win-win if you can hold still and keep pushing. And to those into trading — buy more and wait for that miracle day.

Which category am I in?

Sometimes, I’m into trading and most times, I’m into blogging. So whichever one comes, I accept it peacefully. I know things will be better and greener one day — maybe towards the end of the year or completely next year.

I didn’t write this as financial advice. In fact, there’s nothing like advice in this content. So please, mind what you take to heart. This is just a mere rant.

Thanks for reading.

WTF...hive really dipped o. This is the lowest I've ever heard about. 0.18 is choking.

Some people think of this as a bad time, but for me I think it’s a fantastic time to get MORE hive!! When we are building and stacking lots of hive, it will pay off in the long run. Get those cheap hives now!
