MY HOBBIES

I was supposed to have started writing this post long before now, but I got so immersed in one of my hobbies. I call it my guilty pleasure because of how much it takes away my attention from a lot of things, and everyone around me knows that once I start it’s not easy getting me to stop except for something really important. I do it to relax and chill, especially after a long day. Sometimes I do it on the road when I decide to take a walk and just enjoy the day as I return home. If I am to be honest with myself I will say It’s even more than a hobby it’s more like an addiction.

I do not like reading and I think I have said it a couple of times. I do not read to enjoy, I read at work to know something new, and currently I am trying so hard to read certain things. I use to love listening to music and watching movies, but now, I just do them once a while. Sometimes I even have to force myself to watch movies. I went to visit my parents last week and saw that it felt strange sitting down to watch TV because I have not done it in years lol. People who know me often wonder what I do because it seems I am always serious, and I always say I wish I was as serious as I look.

If I am alone I usually like talking to myself and forming fiction stories. I love to do so much that I could pause a story and continue when I am free, or stay a full day telling myself one. I could also stop everything I am doing and just tell myself stories to blow off stem, but that is not even my best hobby, WHat I love doing the most is listening to fictional stories and getting blown away by the minds of the authors. I usually listen to series from pocket FM, and I am writing so late in the night because I spent most of my time listening to a 2000 plus episodes series of “God Eye” lol.
