NEWBIE TASK 2 : HIVE DO'S AND DON'T

I will say categorically that hive is far different from other social media platform because other social media platform are for fun and also to keep oneself busy from being bored. Another way hive is different from other social media platform is that in hive, there is discipline and one can also learn a lot from hive base on the community you want to subscribe to.

And the most interesting part of it is that being a member of one community doesn't stop you from subscribing to other communities. You can join as many communities as you want.

Hive also encourage users to be self dependent in such a way that hive dislike copy and paste which is known as PLAGIARISM. Hive is a blockchain which wants it users to reason or think fast.

Hive also serves as a source of income in the sense that when you are an active member in most communities by participating in the weekly prompt which is posting and commenting on posts, and all the rules are been followed correctly, you stand a chance to earn hive token which when traded will be converted to currency.

PLAGARISM

The word Plagiarism is an act of copying someone's work or idea without the person's permission to do so and is against the rules of hive. Plagiarism can leads to flagging of account on hive, this can leads to lost of account and a wasted effort on hive.

VOTE BEGGING

Vote begging is the act of tagging multiple people who are very influencial on hive to see your post and pleading for vote.

POST RECYCLING

Post recycling is an act of reposting an old post and it also means re-editing an old post before posting it again.

IN WHAT WAY IS THE USE OF TAGS RELEVANT TO YOUR POST

Yes tags are very important in a post reason being that is a way of appealing or revealing your posts to those who will help to upvote the post because without tags, there will be no vote.

DO YOU THINK ABUSE OF TAGS MAY ATTRACT DOWNVOTE?

Of course yes where ever there is rules and regulations governing a group of people or community, there will always be punishment for those who will go against the rules and regulations likewise hive once tags is been misused, there will be punishment for it which is to downvote a post thereby the time the individual has spent writing weekly prompt will just be a wasted effort.
