They can now that the Founders part is over. Just look for the token on TribalDex or Beeswap or, I'm assuming, Base. You still get the 10% boost for staking right away. (Or LP on Base)

Personally, I think SURGE is just a screaming buy right now. As this ecosystem expands and LeoStrategy starts gathering more and more revenue from market-making, offerings, etc., LEO will start to rise and SURGE and LSTR will gain more and more credibility. The actual yield is north of 20%! PLUS over 40% capital appreciation until it hits its peg. You just have to be able to be patient.

That's why these RWAs are not really gambling. You have to understand and believe in the overall LeoStrategy concept, but once you do, these are just like buying the real thing only they pay you a crazy-good dividend. It really is a beautiful thing!

EU members must implement the CARF Directive, adopted in October 2023, by December 2025 already

From 2027 crypto service providers around the world will be required under the CARF to report all their customers transactions to their own country's tax authority, which then forward the data to tax authority in the country of the customer
