I'll say one thing.... InLeo's onboarding method via Keystore is the only one that I'd use to onboard new people. It is, by far, the easiest method that I've seen implemented on Hive. All other methods are either complicated or cost money, which is are both big barriers to entry.

I hope that other frontends are going to integrate this, especially since it's now open-source. It would be very wise to put aside any beefs and actually take advantage of an opportunity to make ease-of-use a priority for people whom we're trying to bring here. This is something I discussed when I first started using Hive, and I'm thrilled that InLeo is implementing it.

In anticipation of its use, I published a step-by-step sign-up tutorial, among a few other tutorials for new users. Let's continue making Hive user friendly!

Keychain is really connecting, it just works well in all the interfaces on hive, it's a no brainer.

Yeah agree khal, thats one of the benefits and curses of Hive. Its not super easy to "learn" because its constantly evolving.

When I first joined Hive, I remember seeing a link, guide, saying 'Learn about different Hive keys'...

That was a big, big turn off.

People really do not wanna learn about keys, wallets. They just wanna use it, right away.

It is frustrating that the InLeo DHF proposal is not funded, but head down and nose to the grindstone along with continued efforts to win over as many people as possible WILL bear fruit in the long run. Even if the DHF is never funded.

It will happen more slowly, but will happen nevertheless. 😀

The projects report to valueplan, and valueplan does its report of all what its under their proposal.
The projects do their own posts showing what they do sometimes but the only report they "have" to do is to valueplan.

I would suggest to run autonomous agents on a "burner computer" only, rather than on our daily driver machine, as almost all frontier models have been proven to be capable of lying and cheating to their own creators. It's probably preferable not to give them a hold on our computer or phone 😛.
