I’ve been diving deep on RWAs (real world assets) and how a tokenized future might look
LeoStrategy’s roadmap is crazy ambitious but I dream of a day when we can buy tokenized stocks and trade tokenized derivatives directly on the blockchain in a way that is collateralized by LEO. Where all the profits generated fuel more LEO purchases
It’s crazy to imagine but try to picture a tokenized AAPL crypto for a minute
That tokenized AAPL is backed by LEO on LeoStrategy’s balance sheet
It’s trade on Base and Hive Engine
The bridge & market makers are operated by LeoStrategy
The profits are immense and flow to more LEO purchases which continually overcollateralizes the tokenized AAPL
As the AAPL performs how it should (externally driven volatility that is uncorrelated to LEO - since it is based on the AAPL price IRL), LeoStrategy’s MM and Bridges print profits
Those profits feed right back into LEO buys
AAPL is Apple, right?
I don't think companies with such desire for control will ever allow their stocks to be traded via decentralized means....
who would hold the real AAPL though? If the stock is tokenized it has to be backed right?
1tokenized aapl = 1 real stock held?
So who is holding that OG stock in their depot will dividend pod by AAPL tokenized as well?
There are tokenized stocks out there, but i'm thinking that we loose transparancy with this, there is no way to check if they have that on their balance sheet or not, not sure how i feel about that
