@welshstacker sort of called this initiative back on June 22nd, and since the Pit Bullion pinewood Chest is reasonably accessible …sure, why not make a post about my Michael Muller aka @pit-bullion’s poured silver stack.

Those were our Youtube to Pre-Hive years. I’ve won more than my fair share of shiny prizes from the Stacking community so slapping together an IG entry post would be a fine excuse to get re-acquainted with our former Don. Ah, those YouTube video memories of Metals Mafia.

@stokjockey, @silversaver888 and I remain of that stacking mob that migrated over here from Metals Mafia back in 2017. Over time, one by one, the others just abandoned their account over the various reasons and issues most of us that have been here long enough are familiar with. Hive blogging can be a tough journey. The most notable departure was Michael @pit-bullion himself as he handed his @rewards-pool keys over to a trusted member to focus on his pouring craft.

As you may see, each of these marks represent an Artist that our community is familiar with and not just on the Hive platform but also known in the YouTube community. So you can understand how this became my favorite bar from Pit Bullion.

I know I'm not the only person with this milestone bar, I just don't quite recall how many of these bars were made. This bar being the 7th of 24? Help me out here Pit. A least you know how many were made that year.

Most former members are now on Instagram. Some continue pour their craft so I can’t help getting in a periodic peek at their wares. And by the way, @corndogg42 still memes. I can remember Michael’s early years getting into the craft, and he’s very much upped his game. Just check his website and his IG page.

I must advise a little caution to the stacking curious.
Instagram is the place notorious in setting off my most acute forms of Stackitis more than anywhere else. The shiny found here is not the type for the beginning Stacker. And this explains my alter ego’s style of ‘Off the beaten track’ stacking apart from your normal sensible stacking.

Here Comes the irony of it all...

Doc Bullion Silver Shot by @pit-bullion

Then there is the generous donation of shot silver for the Stackitis Nurse’s Clinic on Hive. Nyssacat’s philanthropy to the operation of my clinic has benefited the Stacking health of the Community. What better person to run this Stackitis Clinic than a Stackitis patient herself.

One of these days, I’ll get the Stackitis Nurse Bot up and operational as an automated service.

Stackitis can be a reoccurring problem @kerrislraven………….
Do take care of yourself, fresh Silver is the only meds that seem to temporary diminish the symptoms !😇

Old is gold. This silver bar looks so beautiful. The way silver has fallen these days is a very good upside for people who want to hold it for the long term.

I've been watching the silver markets and the various opinions on a few unique actions that occured lately. I wish I had some availble funds to acquire another tube of Silver Maple leafs at this time.

Micheal originated this concept of literally forging Artisans together on a silver bar. It begins with a long weekend meetup to share ideals, learn tricks and techniques with the highlight being the making of the Party Bar. 2018 seems a long time ago. Other groups had done similar products.

There was talk of a segment of Artisans that have been subcontracting to Chinese companies overseas to supply bullion products on specs. This is a cheaper, faster and a consistent product. While Pit may have chosen this route for business reasons and a bummed arm, others still insist on the 'Made in Ameria' spirit side. So a rift did develop in the IG community to put it lightly.
I have been mulling this in my mind, Is the 2023 Hive Round made in China? Does it even make a difference?

Yes, there is not much in his pouring side lately, relying on imported work but he still leaves us with products of his earlier works like this 2018 bar. A legacy of better days.

Gimmick Silver it may be, but it's still silver. Nyssacat thought it should be a part of my Stackitis Nurse schtick. The ideal of the Nurse bot is to detect the word Stackitis, in a member blog and award an upvote based on certain parameters.

I think Pit's pouring days are fast going behind him making his original works more special. And the Stackitis Nurse's Silver to tell you the truth is plain gimmick fun crazy. I didn't pay for these but they sure fit my Nurse persona. It's been a while since the last Stackitis Bulletin post.

Stable, I think she's adjusted to the Immun-otherapy side effects, out of the danger zone for now and able to stop losing too much weight. We may gradually increase the dosage back up slowly. Still dealing with some pain.

Personally I think his old products are his best. He's moved to a different niche of silver products nowadays but he's still a Stacker. There are still others that continue Pouring silver as a hobby.

Oh my, I feel I have to hunt for some Instagram accounts now.
I loved reading a bit of your silver journey/history here!
These silver shots are cool too, and probably necessary if one day shit hits the fan and one wants to pay for smaller items with silver.

Silver shot beads are originally intended for manufacturing. I can't see these tiny beads used in everyday commerce since they do not have the hallmarks of being legal tender. That's why I have rolls of old silver 10 cents Canadian coins , each having 1.8g of silver for emergency commerce. They appear the same as my normal current coin currency but 80% silver and easily recognizable by the public. Otherwise, these medical silver are at bit gimmicky but perfect props for my 'Stackitis Nurse' Shtick.
