An 1888A French Indochinese Piastre? I know I seen one not too long ago. It had a few chop marks on it. I can keep an eye out for it if you don't mind.

On Ebay where I got the last photo, there were several offered with chop marks that was 1888 like the one below:

I thought an unchopped coin would be more your taste Sis.
I can't claim to be an expert on chop marks. If price didn't matter my ideal chopped coin would have a variety of clean complete marks, not too many that obscure/distort most of the obverse design, in the case of this Piastre most marks would be ideally located left of the fasces and on her seat. It would bother me seeing her Marianne's face and shoulders or date chopped marked. It wouldn't matter to me as much on the other side as long as it is not too many.
I've become picky on location.
A very nice coin to me.
And Ben has not shown me many 1888s lately.
