I used to turn aluminum beverage cans into silver bullion coins, no magic needed.
The Cans get recycled and I get the cash deposits.

You are a hero in my book! Aluminum cans only fetch around $.01 each where I am from, but it doesn't stop me from collecting them and cashing them in with my other scrap metal.
My local Recycling Depots pay 10 Cents CAD for each beverage can or bottle returned to the system. It's tax free cash that I spend guilt free on silver bullion and !PIZZA for my kids.
