It's tough being a working student nowadays.
Long ago I was fortunate to be extended a special government grant that spared me from having to work while training to be a nurse.
I know what it's like to go on less than six hours sleep daily for years. I worked my regular shift at nights, then cared for my sick roommate and tended to my children's needs in the day. It is hard on my health. I looked forward to my scheduled holidays and weekends to catch up. Every once in a while I slept past my bus stop. !LOL
