Focus n mindset, easy... discipline is what keeps messing me up cos anytime i set out to do sum, thats when everything decides to just test my patience. Yet man still gotta be disciplined w it.
Totally get that. Discipline is the hardest part—life always seems to throw curveballs right when you're trying to stay on track. Gotta push through anyway, even if it's messy sometimes
