That would mean fewer LEO for you. Then you could easily end up accepting a full-time job to replace those early retired teachers. !vote

Haha, fair point! I’d be fine with less LEO if it means more folks retiring early. Not sure I’d take up teaching full-time though—definitely not my thing.

I'd, if that situation came up, I'd probably lean into something low-key like freelance writing or consulting on stuff I already know. Teaching's not for me, but I’d find a way to keep things flexible and remote.
