Get In! We are smashing the onboarding goal on Zealy.

I've tried marketing in the past and I have always thought that I'm not a big fan of marketing. Well, the Hive Marketing Campaign which we did last month is already changing the argument I have about marketing and these changes are coming in a very good way.

Yeah, marketing is hard. However, it can also be cool and interesting when you know your product and you know the goal you want to achieve with each step you take while on the marketing adventure.

Take the monthly recurrent Hive Marketing Campaign for an example;

The monthly goal of the campaign is clear as day. Before we jumped into the September edition, the goal was to onboard 450 new users to Hive Blockchain, make them stick around, and become active and long-term members of the community.

When a goal is as clear as that, it becomes so much easier to look back when the campaign is over and see how well we did. For some, the results may be a surprise... We were able to onboard 603 active users in the September edition of the campaign. Wow! That's more than the goal we set for the month.

September was a very thrilling experience in the campaign and each step we took in the campaign was a huge learning experience for so many people. HiveFest was held within that period and a portion of the campaign was explored to make more people interested in the series of events that took place in HiveFest. That was also a success.

The last week of the September edition of the campaign was very tough. We got triple the tasks we've been getting and it was really interesting to see how everyone did their best to get things done. Now, the September edition is over.

However, something new is on the horizon.


The October edition of our marketing campaign is kicking off already.

Things are already happening over there and while we patiently wait for the campaign to start properly, it's important to note that you can get into the community on Zealy and do the assigned prep tasks so you can be more focused on the campaign tasks when we officially kick-off.

One of the best feelings in this campaign is the feeling you get whenever you receive a notification that a quest you did is reviewed and approved by the Leo team. Haha. I always have my eyes on the notification page to be sure that I won't have any loose ends.


There is something new about this month's edition;

In the September edition of the campaign, we had daily missions and they were like a marathon. Haha. You just have to show up each day UTC and do the tasks. This time around, it seems like we will be having weekly missions in addition to the daily ones.

I can't see the details of these missions at the moment, but everything will be visible once we kick off this edition of the campaign. I'm filled with a surge of anticipation. Haha.

Yeah. I joined the marketing campaign without much expectations, but everything has been unfolding nicely and I'm happy about the progress of all these. It's highly inspiring and I'm looking forward to this month of the challenge.
