Draw your daily plan and work towards it.
In this day and time and in recent months, I've become a really good friend with my calendar, my to-do list, and my alarm. I don't know the general consensus about time/day planning and the relationship it has with how productive we would be each day.
However, I know for certain that ever since I made it a thing to plan my days intensively and sometimes, weeks in advance, I've become a more productive person in several areas of my life. I usually have to check my plan sheet and I have this online and on my phone so I can easily make adjustments to it by adding new ones and ticking off the ones that are already achieved.
Whenever I go to this sheet to set up my plan, I see it as me designing my days in a way that I want to have. Of course, in this stage of my life, the type of day I would always want to have is a day that ends with a clear indication that I achieved something worthwhile. That's what makes it easier for me to go to bed knowing that I've already ticked a lot of boxes.
Last night was a difficult one. I was editing a video that had another video on its overlay. I had about 60 minutes of footage to go through on both the primary video and the overlay video while aligning both cuts from the videos into one whole video. I had it in mind that I had to be done with that work before going to bed. I did my very best, but the editing App I was using was having a laugh.
Capcut really dragged me through the mud by momentarily logging me out of their software. I ended up working on the video until I slept off by 5am, this morning. I woke up around 8 and went straight into my editing room to continue the work. From the moment I was working on that, it felt like I was still stuck in yesterday's activity until I finally wrapped up the whole editing and properly got myself ready for a new day.
We still have a few hours before today sees its end but I have a feeling that I will be going to bed on my terms and resting with so much peace and relaxation because I'm already wrapping up a lot of the stuff on my to-do. I also have a few videos to edit today and the file size isn't as big as yesterday's. So, hopefully, Capcut will be nice while I do my thing. Hehe.
Meanwhile, I've already explored other alternatives. Since I do the main editing on my phone, I will be using either INSHOTS or VN Video Editor. Both apps are already on my phone. The Capcut installed on my PC would mostly be for denozing the video after shooting and I have Handbrake installed on my PC for compressing my videos without losing the quality of the video.
Keep planning, folks. It's a big driving force for productivity.
Thanks For Not Missing Any Full-stop or Comma.

We must daily draw out our daily plans and make sure that we stick towards achieving them. It helps us to stay consistent
Exactly, bro. I try to do that very often and stick to it. Having that attitude to my daily activity makes me more productive.
He who fails to plan, plans to fail... it's very important to have a plan for each, in that way we won't be distracted or whatsoever.
Did you know any video compressor for Android phones?
Yeah. We can't stop planning. That's really important. Haha.
About video compressors, I randomly came across some for Android but I won't suggest you use any of that. It usually messes up the quality of the Video in general.
The one I just found two days ago is Handbrake and it's the best I've used so far. It's for PC though.
Oh! Okay, thank you
I will check the handbrake though I find it smooth using my phone than my laptop
That's also the case for me. I use laptop to denose video on Capcut. Then, I compress with Handbrake before sending to phone for full editing.
